Support SVCASA at Raise the Region 2024
Susquehanna Valley CASA – Voices for Children, a 501(c)(3) organization, is once again participating in Raise the Region, which is being held from March 13th at 6:00 p.m. to March 14th at 11:59 p.m. We need your help to raise funds to provide professional Case Managers who supervise and oversee our volunteers as they advocate for children in the foster care and dependency court system.
The CASA program recruits, highly trains and then manages caring and compassionate adults dedicated to advocating for abused and neglected children who find themselves in the child welfare system through no fault of their own. Our volunteers stand up for these children and ensure that their needs and wishes are made known to the courts, which helps judges make life-altering decisions regarding the children’s best interests and futures.
